Veronica was polite and explained everything over the phone and Dimitrios was professional and polite. Definitely we will use this family business again and for sure we do recommend them!

From initial contact Veronica was so professional, helpful and easy to deal with. She asked for some photos of the areas needing carpet cleaning due to stains and advised she would call back in 15 minutes to discuss. Called back within that time, explained everything, was offered a great price and offered to come out on the same day in the afternoon to accommodate us as to not let stains settle in for too long. Dimitri came out on site, steam cleaned the areas and got the stains out with no mess and no fuss. Absolute perfectionist and carful when doing his work and left the house spotless when done. Have had our carpets done in the past from other carpet cleaners and they've all left our house smelling like wet dog for weeks and carpet still dirty. With Diamond Steam Cleaning Our house smells fresh and carpets dried after 3-4 hours. Stains are gone and carpet is visibly cleaner. Only regret? Not coming across Diamond Steam Cleaning earlier. Highly recommend these guys for steam cleaning your carpets and furniture.
